Q: What is happening to traffic I send with the old links?
A: The traffic is being invisibly redirected to the NATS links.

Q: How can I access stats from before the changeover?
A: The old stats can be found at http://members.flashcash.com/stats/ - we will not be importing them into NATS as internally, NATS handles stats differently to the old system. The old stats will be available to you for a period of at least 6 months. We will also provide the ability to download the old stats to your computer.

Q: How can I access the forum?
A: The forum is still live on the old server at http://members.flashcash.com/

Q: How do instant payments work now?
A: When you have instant payments available, you can go to the payments page and request the payment.
We are not sending them automatically any more as this was causing too many problems. You can still get your money instantly by logging in to payments and requesting the payment be sent immediately.

Q: I went to the payments page to request an instant payment, but none were available.
A: There are a few possibilities. Firstly, our anti-fraud system may not have enabled instant payments for your account.
This happens sometimes when you get some strange transactions. Normally it is nothing to be concerned with, unless you're doing fraud of course, in which case you are screwed. Secondly, there also might be a delay between when the sale comes in and when our anti-fraud system marks it as available for instant payment. Finally, if you haven't earned any payments, you won't be able to request them!

Q: How do I report a problem I've found?
