Terms and conditions

• Spamming is strictly prohibited. That means no email spam, no IRC spam, no chatroom spam, no spam of any kind. If you spam, your account will be terminated and you will not be paid. Rhino reserves the right to take legal action to recover costs and damages caused by spamming.
• Opt-in mail is allowed as long as it is genuinely opt-in, follows all applicable laws, and also follows our rules which you can find inside the FLASHCA$H site. Contact us first if you wish to send opt-in mail.
• You must use the correct linking code as given to you by us when you sign up. If you fail to use the correct code, you accept that we will not be able to track your hits and signups and therefore you will not be paid.
• You may not advertise our sites in any way which infringes applicable copyright or violates applicable trademarks.
• You may not advertise our sites in any way which encourages the surfer to cancel before their trial is completed, or at any other time. This includes using phrases like 'Stop Paying For Porn'. If you wish to advertise us from pages that say things like this, contact us FIRST if you want to get paid.
• You may not mislead the surfer as to the content of the sites.
• All clicks to our site must be the result of a surfer voluntarily clicking on a link on a webpage.
• You may only sign up once with FlashCash.
• We do not pay for traffic from sites with underage models or which promote underage models. One implication of this is that you cannot advertise Flashcash on sites that reference 'Lolita' anywhere, including the domain name.
• You may not generate clicks or signups in an artificial manner, or enter into conspiracies to do so.
• Flashcash pays only once for a sale from the same person to the same site in the same pay period. Especially on the free programs, this protects us against abusive surfers who keep buying and cancelling without paying.
• Flashcash pays for sales where the buyer logs in at least once to the site purchased. Based on years of data, if the surfer doesn't log in, the sale will normally credit or chargeback, so no payment is made.
• Your checks will be sent twice a month. The minimum check amount is $50. If you have earned less that $50, your earnings will be rolled over until you reach $50. You are exclusively responsible for all taxes which may be due as a result of any earnings you receive from Flashcash.
• FLASHCA$H is run by Rhino LLC of Anguilla. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Anguilla. All disputes arising between Flashcash and reseller, or arising pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, shall be litigated in the courts of Anguilla.
• You understand and agree that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to make you an agent, employee or partner of Flashcash. You are an independent contractor, and neither you nor Flashcash has the authority to bind or make representations on behalf of the other.
• You must be 18 or older to become a reseller.
• The act of signing up with this program indicates agreement by you to these terms and conditions.
• You may *not*, by thought word or deed, encourage, assist or instruct any surfer to cancel their membership. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination without pay.
• You may use any linking text or graphic you wish to send traffic. We provide banners that you can use, and you may also use any link or banner of your own devising.

Please understand that your failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of all monies owed by us to you. Our say is final on the matter. You agree to defend and indemnify Flashcash for any liability, litigation or claims made as a result of a violation of any of the above rules. In the event that you unknowingly violate any of the above rules, Flashcash, at its discretion, may give you the opportunity to correct the violation, although we reserve the right not to pay you for any traffic sent in violation of these rules.
